Backstage of the scientific meeting managed by LSTM and AvecNet in Rome.
AvecNet is a consortium of African and European researchers committed to ensuring the sustainability of malaria vector control in Africa. The team in- cludes social scientists, ecologists, entomologists, epidemiologists, engineers, educationalists and industrial partners from 16 different partners working in five European and five African countries, plus two international agrochemical companies as associate partners. The consortium is funded for five years, from 2011-2016, by the European Commission, FP7 -Africa-2010 programme.
